Most potential buyers start out interested in an oceanfront property. There are miles and miles of waterfront property on PEI so there is a lot of real estate to look at if that is your interest. However, there are also plenty of wonderful homes scattered throughout the island that are of exceptional value, especially when compared to other markets in Canada and the U.S.
